Travel Grants

Applications for student travel grants is now closed.

We are pleased to announce that we will be offering 20 student travel grants for young researchers who wish to attend ISPH in Bonn.

How much are the grants worth?

For non-European residents, travel grants will be 700 Euros. For European residents, travel grants will be 300 Euros.

How do I apply?

We will determine the recipients of the grants based on the submitted abstract and letter of motivation. Submit a short (maximum 1 page) letter of motivation to bonn2015@isph.org (with subject: Travel Grant Application). The letter of motivation should contain your name, institution, current country of residence, and title of abstract. The letter should clearly illustrate why you want to attend ISPH. The deadline for the letter of motivation is February 28, 2015. You must also have submitted an abstract by this date. Note that each student can only apply for one grant, even if they have multiple abstract submissions.

When will I receive a notice if I have been awarded a grant?

We will email the applicants of the travel grants by March 31, 2015, letting them know if they have been awarded the grant.

When will I receive the grant?

We will disperse the grants during the ISPH meeting (July 3-5, 2015).
